Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If the law where you live requires a guardian's consent for someone your age to enter an agreement like this one, you confirm you have it.

If a feature is added later that connects to a brokerage or trading platform, using it will also require meeting that provider's own eligibility rules, which are usually stricter and normally require you to be 18 or older.

• Give a real email address. Account recovery depends on it.
• Keep your password to yourself and do not let anyone else use your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Do not:

• Try to read, change or delete data belonging to another user, or probe the app for ways to do so.
• Break the app on purpose, overload it, or run automated traffic against it at a volume a person would not produce.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app, except where the law gives you a right to do so that cannot be signed away.
• Upload malware, or upload content you have no right to upload.
• Use the app for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else do so.
• Resell access, or present the app as your own product.

Reporting a security problem you find is welcome and is not a breach of these terms, as long as you report it privately and do not access other people's data along the way.

Your trades, notes, reviews and screenshots belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

You give us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it to produce your statistics, and display it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. We will not publish it, share it with anyone, or use it to train a model.

You are responsible for having the right to upload whatever you upload, including screenshots taken from other platforms.

This is a small independently built product, not an enterprise service. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment and no service level agreement. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because something broke.

Features can change or be removed. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data first.

Keep your own records. Your broker's statements, not this journal, are the authoritative record of your trading.

The app records and analyses trades you have already made. It does not give investment, financial, tax or legal advice, it makes no recommendations, and nothing in it should be treated as a reason to enter or exit a position. The Risk and Advice Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. For a serious breach, such as attacking the service or trying to reach another user's data, we may act immediately.

The app is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every number it displays is correct. Its statistics are computed from the values you enter, so an incorrect entry produces an incorrect statistic.

To the fullest extent Swedish law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Nothing here limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under Swedish and EU consumer law are unaffected by these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, delete your account.

Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes go to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
